Felce and Guy were appointed to refurbish and extend an existing bungalow into a five bedroom luxury home, set within the beautiful surroundings of the South Downs.
Planning Process
We took the project through a tricky planning process, due to it’s setting in a National Park, and a challenging build as the site had limited access. We worked closely with the developers to refine their ideas and to produce a stunning residence, which surpassed their original vision.
